I wanted to pause and acknowledge the process of a new Blackberry when you have BHME and Becky’s excellent service as a bundled offering.
One of the hidden issues and realities of a small business owner is time and the increasing dependence on technology, especially mobile devices. I think of Convergent, Becky and our BHME hosted service as a built-in DRP for SwitchGear.
POP3 email is still the norm in small companies, and a blackberry with web access misses the mark. In addition to having to delete messages twice, sync nightly when I have been on the road if you lose or have a damaged device a business person can lose time & data and for us that means money.
With Becky and the BHME I get a new device and when I have time I call Becky, give her the ESN and as John Madden says….bang!! I don’t have to reset profiles (1hour easily), worry about losing data (yikes!) or time, have an IT person around and …. you know. Becky was easy to deal with and I share this so you can walk down the hall and high-five her. Collectively Becky & BHME are a value proposition that only existing clients could see and I’m sure don’t stop often enough to applaud.
