Convergent Telecom has been lucky enough to have Becky as a core team member for the past 15 years. As Manager of the Bell Mobility/ Wireless side at Convergent Telecom, her experience is an invaluable asset to the entire staff.

Becky brings with her 28 years of customer service and client care experience. She was the manager of customer service with a national children’s book distribution company for ten years.  

Becky is the proud owner of the office mascot Preston the French Bulldog. She brings him into work for our team and our customers to greet. She loves going up to the cottage as much as possible and catching a round of golf. Becky can be reached directly at 905 708-0079.
