New Wireless Rules

Posted Dec 4th, 2013

The CRTC's new Wireless Code of Conduct went into effect Dec 2.2013. This code provides new guidelines for all wireless providers in Canada and impacts individual and small business accounts. New activations after Dec 2.2013 will automatically be under the WCOC guidelines. Existing clients will become eligible when a hardware upgrade is completed, price plan is changed, or contract expires. For more info on the code please see http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/info_sht/t13.htm

You actually make it seem so easy with your presnetation but I'm finding this matter to be really one thing that I believe I might never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely extensive for me. I'm taking a look forward in your next put up, I will try to get the hang of it!

What Our Satisfied Customers Say

  • I wanted to send you a note to thank you for all of your support for the last 3 months. The new circuit is working terrific, and we couldn’t be happier! The upgrade to fibre will be a game-changer for our Oakville office – and we couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you very much again for your help!
    Rick Hoot (Telecommunications Manager)
  • "We decided to look for another provider for all our corporate cellular voice and data devices and were lucky enough to turn to Convergent Telecom/Bell Canada for help. ...if someone needs help with their voice, data and wireless communication needs, Convergent Telecom Canada must be the "go to" people of choice."
